Terms of Service
Effective
These terms cover the LessWorkHQ website and services, operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME]. If you sign a separate agreement with us (for example, a pilot agreement), that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.
What we provide
LessWorkHQ sets up and runs AI agents for small businesses: for example, answering missed calls by text, drafting quotes from your price list, following up on leads, and drafting marketing content. Features marked “in development” on our site are not yet available. Demos use sample businesses and sample prices.
You stay in charge
- You approve quotes, messages and posts before they go out, unless you choose to turn on automatic sending for a specific task.
- AI can make mistakes. Review what you approve, and tell us when something is wrong so we can fix it.
- You are responsible for your prices, services, and the commitments you make to your customers.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business.
- Only have us contact people who contacted your business or agreed to hear from it, and follow the laws that apply to calls, texts and email (for example, consent and opt-out rules).
- Don’t use the services for anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful, or to send spam.
- Keep your account logins secure and tell us if you think one was misused.
Fees
Prices, billing dates, setup fees, refunds and any money-back guarantee are set in your written offer or agreement. Third-party costs you choose to add (for example, a phone line or texting fees) are listed there too. We will tell you before any price changes.
Your data and content
- Your business data, price lists, brand files and customer information stay yours. You give us permission to use them only to provide the services to you.
- If you leave, we return or delete your data on request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We own our software, templates and methods. Content we create specifically for you (for example, your posts or website pages) is yours once paid for, unless your agreement says otherwise.
Third-party services
The services rely on providers such as phone and texting carriers, Meta (Instagram and Facebook), hosting, and AI model providers. Their outages, rule changes or approval decisions can affect the services, and their own terms apply to your use of them.
No guarantees of results
We work hard to save you time and help you win more jobs, but we don’t promise specific results such as revenue, number of leads, or rankings. The services are provided “as is” to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the service
You can cancel as your agreement allows. We may suspend or end the services if these terms are seriously broken, for example misuse that puts other people or our providers at risk. We will give notice where we reasonably can.
Governing law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE]. We may update them and will change the effective date above; significant changes will be shared with active clients first. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL], or [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], [MAILING ADDRESS].
