Why I’m building LessWorkHQ

I run a small business myself, and I’ve seen how much work slips through: missed calls, quotes nobody follows up on, marketing that never gets done.

I build software for a living, and these days that means agentic software: AI that doesn’t just chat, but actually does the work. It answers the lead, drafts the quote, sends the follow-up.

What I care about is building real things that get the job done and make a difference, not demos that look good and fall apart. LessWorkHQ is how I put that to work for business owners: you tell me where the time and money leak out of your week, and I build the system that plugs it.
