LessWorkHQ runs your business’s busywork through seven AI agents that share one set of rules and one business folder, and you approve every move.

A call is missed while the crew is on a roof. RitaAI texts back as the business, asks whether it’s a leak, storm damage, or a new roof, home or commercial, the address and a photo, and whether an insurance claim is open. She books the inspection in an open slot, and the owner gets one summary text. If RitaAI is unsure or the customer is upset, it goes to the owner.
