Delete your data
Effective
You can ask LessWorkHQ to delete the information we hold about you at any time, including information from Instagram or Facebook interactions with our account or our app.
How to ask
- Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with the subject “Delete my data”, or
- send a direct message to @lessworkhq on Instagram with the word DELETE.
Tell us the email, phone number or Instagram username you used with us, so we can find your records.
What happens next
- We confirm we received your request within a few business days.
- We delete your personal information from our database and our service providers’ systems within 30 days, and tell you when it’s done.
- We may keep a minimal record that you asked (so we don’t contact you again) and anything the law requires us to keep.
If you are a customer of a business that uses LessWorkHQ
You can ask that business or us. We will delete what we hold for that business and let the business know, since it may keep its own records under its own policy.
